You wouldn't believe how long I spent pondering the title of this post. Having rejected the witty, positive, negative, earnest and frivolous, I went for bland!
Summer was awesome. I spent a week snowboarding on the high glacier at Tignes in France and came away with a snowboard leader qualification.
Over the holidays, it became apparent that this humble little blog has attracted some attention. I've been asked to do a spot at SETT (which may be renamed "Flow" any day now), and to perform at East Lothian's "Celebrating Success" day in September. I also had a very exciting offer today that I'd better not talk about until I know for sure if I'm allowed to accept it.
My first reaction to all these requests was "What? Why me? I don't know anything much about Whiteboards!", but I guess that I've got better over the years at accepting the opportunities that come my way.
I spent some time today setting up a shared ActiVote class list database for the maths department. This means that we can all now use ActiVote with each other's classes should the need arise.
