"We are seeking exciting ideas about new ways of learning with technology. Our aim is to turn your idea into a working prototype that will showcase the concept and enable children and young people to try it out. Ideas are welcome from absolutely anyone in the UK and we have lots to offer including our team of experts and up to £100,000 in funding to help make your idea into a working prototype."

6.4.06 In the coming term each school in East Lothian will beusing SELS (Student Evaluation of Learning Software) to gather student opinion about the quality of their school experience. Every P7 and S2 pupil will complete the on-line questionnaire. Check out this flash presentation on SELS. East Lothian will be the first education authority in the UK to implement such a system. SELS was developed by an East Lothian school in partnership with Pisys.co.uk. Schools will also be able to use the software to develop their own questionnaires for researching pupil, staff and parental opinion.
