Open up an email in you inbox, right click over the persons name in the From: field, then click add to contacts. The details are then added to the contact for you. Hope you find this helpful.

Does anyone know how to then save these into his contacts folder? I tried dragging from the e-mail into the contacts folder but it won't work. Val

Here is a handy little tip for adding contacts to you contacts list.

Adding contacts
