Happy New Year!!

I've been back at work for the last couple of days. I deliberately stayed off exc-el over the holidays and feel the benefit from keeping clear of work.

I've been working on a few things over the last few days,such as a project management tracker which will enable us to manage our work more effectively - please note that this is work in progress.

I've also been putting together some guidelines for school planning in response to many of the criticisms of the current system.

I met David Gilmour today who will be taking over responsibility for this website.
