Additional Support for Learning Act 2004

The ASL Act which commenced on November 14th 2005, builds on the principles established in previous legislation including the presumption of mainstream and disability discrimination. The Act introduces significant changes to current arrangements for working with school-aged children and young people who experience difficulties in learning
